 Kelly Sullivan, head cross country coach at Oregon State University talks about his experience with rebuilding the distance running program at OSU.  The night before PAC-10s, OSU announced that they will be building a stand-alone track and field stadium and introducing a men's program.  The stadium is set to be built around a $7 million budget.
