Kaylee Mitchell placed seventh to lead Oregon State to fourth place at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships and No. 3 runner Grace Fetherstonhaugh was 22nd as the Beavers tried to stake a claim to a NCAA Championships berth on Friday. Fetherstonhaugh has already qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meters and is the first Oregon State athlete to qualify for that meet since 2012. The fourth-place team finish is the highest in program history at the Pac-12 Championships.
