Oregon State head cross country and track and field coach Louie Quintana provides updates to the new grandstrand construction to the campus' track and field facility, which begins in July. The completion of the 1,300-seat covered seating area and bathrooms is expected to be completed in time to host the 2023 Pac-12 Outdoor Championships.
